These aren't self-reported skills or job titles chosen for SEO. They were distilled by Claude (Anthropic) from real career data — to surface the capabilities that are genuinely, irreducibly Nicole's.

Why this exists

Most "skills" sections are written backwards — start with the keywords recruiters search for, then reverse-engineer a person to fit them. The result is a list of categories anyone could claim.

This is the opposite. The goal was to identify the capabilities that are specific to Nicole — the things she does that don't have a standard job-title name, the patterns that show up again and again across fifteen years and four industries. Not categories she fits into. Capabilities that are hers.

This is why the skills read like observations rather than bullet points. Each one is anchored to specific evidence — a framework she authored, a partnership she built, a moment she navigated — so it can be checked, not just claimed.

A note on transparency
